- Patients are seen by appointment only, but we are usually able to get you in the same day if necessary, or within 24 hours otherwise.
- Please bring any prior X-rays, MRI studies, CT scans, and medical records with you to your appopintment.
- Bring your insurance card & information, and a picture ID with you as well.
- Also, if your were referred by another physician or health care provider, please bring that information with you so we may send them a report and thank them for the referral.

Telephone Calls and Prescription Refills:
Phone calls are typically returned by the end of the same day. Prescription needs are handled during normal business hours and require 24 hours notice. No prescriptions will be refilled at night or on the weekends.
